The Elsie S. Hogan Community Library is located at 100 N. Curtis Ave. The building served for many years as the Willcox Market. It was first renovated in late 1995, re-opened February 12, 1996 as the current library, and was renovated again from 2009-2014. We offer several new on-line services in addition to the more traditional resources, plus a warm, friendly atmosphere. The Elsie S. Hogan Community Library is open Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, but closed on weekends and public holidays. We offer our patrons over 34,500 volumes, including books, DVDs, audio and music CDs, new digital and downloadable audio books, newspapers and magazines, and offers Internet access on 21 public access computers, including free WI-FI for those who want to use their own devices.
