- overall administration of all human resources-related functions,
- policy development, implementation, interpretation, and evaluation,
- compensation issues,
- compliance issues,
- staff training, education and development
- employment process, including recruitment and retention,
- benefits administration,
- worker's compensation, employee relations and appreciation,
- HR research and recommendations,
- records and documents maintenance,
- job descriptions,
- organization charts, and employment verifications.
