Message from Chief of Police Dale Hadfield

I would like to thank the community in and around Willcox. You never cease to amaze me, with your generosity, kindness and overall great outlook on the community.

As your Director of Public Safety, I love to get out and meet with the citizens and serve with alongside my officers.

We as the department are ultimately an enforcement agency, but we prefer intervention and education. Officers spend time teaching various classes within the school districts, businesses, and other government operations to intervene and educate residents prior to taking enforcement action.

I am honored and proud to serve you as the Director of Public Safety, and I thank you for being the best that Arizona can offer.
