Explore our facility reservation options and learn how to obtain special event permits to ensure your next event in Willcox is a success!

Instructions for Applicants

  1. Select the event for which you are applying from the options below.

  2. Download & complete the corresponding permit application form.

  3. If your event involves additional requirements (like food service/sales or traffic control) complete the additional forms provided.

  4. Submit all completed forms to City Hall. You can also upload city forms here.

    If your event involves alcohol, forms must be signed in person at both City Hall and the Public Safety Complex. Please call ahead.

    Certain events require permits from the county in addition to city permits. Relevant information can be found below.

Additional Applications

Events that serve or sell food must submit a special event coordinator application to the Cochise County Department of Health and Human Services at least 30 days prior to the event.

For sports seasons requiring field usage, please complete the application above.
